Performance and Features
Methyl silicone oil emulsion is non-ionic. It has advantages of good stability, non-flammability, non-volatility, non-toxicity and odorlessness, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, and can be diluted with water in any proportion. Dimethyl silicone oil emulsion shows no phase separation after centrifugation at 3000 rpm for 30 minutes, and has good compatibility with other emulsions.
Applications
Methyl silicone oil emulsion is widely used in rubber, cosmetics, textile, mold release, leather and other industries. It can provide functions such as waterproofing, lubrication and mold release. Our company can produce dimethyl silicone oil emulsion with different solid contents using silicone oil of various viscosities according to customer requirements.
Usage Method
The recommended dosage of dimethyl silicone oil emulsion is 0.5%~5%. The actual dosage shall be adjusted appropriately according to the real product system.

- Packed in plastic drums: 50 kg/drum or 200 kg/drum.
